From routine gynecologic visits to high-risk pregnancy care, our team is here to support you at every stage. You can expect thoughtful, personalized, coordinated care for preventive services, prenatal care and treatment for complex conditions.
Our multidisciplinary team includes maternal-fetal medicine specialists, nurse practitioners (NPs), certified nurse midwives (CNMs), and George Washington University residents supported by experienced teaching physicians. This means you have access to advanced expertise and a strong commitment to high-quality care tailored to your individual needs.

Pregnancy and prenatal care (Silver Spring and Germantown)
We provide the care you and your baby need, including but not limited to:
- Prenatal care (1st – 3rd trimester)
- High-risk, specialized pregnancy care
- Gestational diabetes education
- Delivery and birth planning support
Postpartum and women’s wellness care
After delivery, we continue to care for you as you recover and adjust. This includes:
- Postpartum follow-up and recovery care
- Breastfeeding support and educational resources
Primary Care Patient Resources
Gynecology and preventive women’s health services
For your ongoing health needs, we offer:
- Annual preventive screenings
- Breast health evaluation and screening referrals
- Care for irregular or abnormal bleeding
- Cervical cancer screenings and early detection
- In-office gynecologic procedures without general anesthesia
- Menopause and midlife care
- Menstrual and hormonal health management
- STI testing and treatment
