Caregiver Resource Center
The Holy Cross Caregiver Resource Center eases the burdens on family caregivers by providing support groups and other resources to those caring for a family member with a chronic disease. Health and Wellness Classes and Events
Holy Cross Health offers a wide range of free and affordably priced health and wellness classes, events and programs at various locations throughout Montgomery County. This includes childbirth and parenting education, fitness and movement classes, chronic disease management programs, diabetes education, and CPR and first aid. To learn more call 301-754-8800.

Holy Cross Dialysis Center at Woodmore
Located in Mitchellville, Md., the dialysis center provides dialytic therapy to patients with acute renal failure or end-stage renal disease. For more information, call 301-390-7270.

Holy Cross Health Centers
Holy Cross Health Centers – with locations in Aspen Hill, Gaithersburg, Germantown and Silver Spring – are primary care medical centers providing affordably priced health care services to adults who face financial barriers to accessing care. Holy Cross Health Partners
Holy Cross Health Partners are primary care sites owned and operated by Holy Cross Health, with locations at Asbury Methodist Village and in Kensington. Holy Cross Radiation Treatment Center

KISS (Kids in Safety Seats) Program
Holy Cross Health offers a KISS (Kids in Safety Seats) car seat rental program. If you would like to rent a car seat, please call the Maternal, Infant & Child Education office at 301-754-7158 one month prior to your delivery date to make arrangements. Maryland Physicians Care
Holy Cross Health participates with all Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and is one of several health systems that owns Maryland Physicians Care, one of the MCOs providing free or low-cost medical coverage for Medicaid patients. Medical Adult Day Center
The Holy Cross Medical Adult Day Center provides medical, social, recreational and rehabilitative services to seniors and medically compromised adults 18 years and older. The center offers quality health care, chronic disease management and social activities to participants diagnosed with various conditions including dementia and stroke. Outpatient Nutrition Counseling
Outpatient nutrition counseling is available at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring for patients who need assistance in making healthier food choices. Comprehensive nutrition assessments are offered for people with cancer, diabetes, heart disease and nutrition-related conditions. For more information, call 301-754-7848.

Pain Management Center
At the outpatient Pain Management Center at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, a pain management physician will identify the underlying cause of your pain and aim to reduce the impact of your chronic pain. For more information, call 301-933-8840.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
