Holy Cross Health is preparing for the upcoming winter weather season. During winter storm events involving ice or snow, doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals are needed to continue providing vital and lifesaving care to patients at our health facilities. Many of these professionals do not have four-wheel drive vehicles, which can make getting to the hospital at times impossible.
To address this need, Holy Cross Health is seeking volunteers with four-wheel drive vehicles who would be willing to provide transportation to these health care providers and bring them safely to their respective work sites at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring or Holy Cross Germantown Hospital.
