Tigust is wonderful at making you feel heard and understood. She takes the time to listen and follow up with treatment plans that get you healthier and makes sure you are comfortable with the plan. She doesn't rush the appointment and is incredibly patient. She is absolutely my favorite medical person to work with and I stay with my insurance company because I'm not willing to lose her as my primary care provider.
My husband had been having discomfort in his left side and hip area. We were in the building and stopped by to see if Tillahun could see him. She helped him.

I think that tone of voice and delivery of information should be worked on in hopes of gaining best delivery for patients that are already anxious and frightened by doctors.
