Jolly Joseph, CRNP

Jolly Joseph, CRNP, is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with a wealth of experience, dating back to 2018. She joined Holy Cross Health Partners in November 2023, bringing with her over 35-year of dedicated service within the Holy Cross Health system. Throughout her tenure, Jolly has taken on leadership roles, served as an educator, and contributed to numerous committees and initiatives. She is also widely regarded as a mentor, offering invaluable guidance to her colleagues.

Her nursing background spans long-term care, critical care, medical-surgical nursing, and peritoneal dialysis. Additionally, Jolly is a certified Faith Community Nurse, dedicating time each week to support uninsured patients—a personal mission drive by her passion to serve those in need and a deep sense of responsibility to her community.

Jolly holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a master’s in nursing with a concentration in Leadership and Health Administration from Grand Canyon University, along with a master’s in nursing for Adult Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. As an Adult Nurse Practitioner, she provides care to adults aged 18 years and older, guided by a philosophy that emphasizes collaboration and personalized care. She believes in empowering patients to be active participants in their health journey, ensuring that their individual needs are central to every decision.

A passionate advocate for patient education; Jolly strives to help her patients adopt healthier lifestyles, reduce the risk for chronic diseases, and take charge of their health. When not working, Jolly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, gardening, and listening to music—pursuits that bring balance and additional joy to her life.
