I was very nervious and concerned about leaving Kaiser and finding another Insurance Provider since I am a Breast Cancer Patient. When I went to my initial first visit the staff was very understanding careing and willing to help and answer any questions I had. First and formost the medical assistant who sow me before the doctor and did my vitels was patient and allowed me to vent she also calmed me down as I tried to explain and give her a brief description of my health issues. Dr Temesgen was excellent patient very concerned about my health plan going forward and did everything she could to make sure my treatment plan going forward would not be interupted and gave me referrels to specialist who could monitor my Cancer and other health issues immediately. She also talked to me about some providers she was familier with who treated me from Kaiser. She did not rush the appointment and made sure ass questions were answered and I was comfortable when I left. I loock forward to my followup appointment. Finally the registrar was also outstanding and her customer services skills were excellent. The team went above and beyound to make me fell important not just as a patient but as a person.

I'm glad the new Doctor was a very nice person

She was conscientious and provided good advice. Our communication was not perfect, though. Shhe presribed something I had already tried, however, I did not realize it was the same product until I picked it up at the pharmacy. I may not have explained myself adequately.
