Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Welcomes New Regional Chief Nursing Officer
September 12, 2025Le-Ann Harris, DNP, MHA, RN, NEA-BC, will join Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic as regional chief nursing officer, starting Monday, Sept. 29. In this role, Le-Ann will serve as a member of our Regional Health Ministry’s senior leadership team, providing clinical and administrative direction to ensure we are meeting the highest standards of safety and quality in patient care delivery.
Le-Ann comes to us with extensive experience in nursing and operations leadership. Most recently, she served as chief operating officer, interim chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care for OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. There, she oversaw nursing practice, education, professional development, research and administration across multiple hospitals and emergency campuses.
Le-Ann has been widely recognized for her leadership and service at OhioHealth, including through multiple Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses PRISM Awards for compassion, stewardship and inclusion. This year, she was named to Mahogany Columbus magazine’s 2025 Class of Extraordinary Women. She also holds several professional memberships, including with the American Nurses Association, and she mentors the next generation of nursing leaders as an adjunct professor in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at Franklin University in Columbus.
As regional chief nursing officer, Le-Ann will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing teams and operational leaders to ensure excellence across the patient care continuum. She will foster shared leadership, strengthen engagement and help Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic deliver patient-centered care in alignment with our mission and values.
