NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA / SILVER SPRING, MD, May 2, 2025 – Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Holy Cross Health have announced the promotion of Julie D. Keese to Regional Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 25, 2025.

Keese has been with Holy Cross Health since 2003 and brings over two decades of experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle operations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong leadership in financial management, performance improvement and operational efficiency.

Keese holds a degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University in Louisiana and is a certified public accountant.

In her new position, Keese will oversee financial operations for both Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Holy Cross Health, supporting long-term fiscal strength and stewardship across the region.
