Nate Stromberg Appointed Regional Director of Patient Experience

Newtown Square, Pa. – (December 1, 2025) – Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic today announced the appointment of Nate Stromberg as the new regional director of patient experience, a key leadership role dedicated to enhancing the regional health ministry’s commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

In this role, Nate will lead efforts to strengthen every aspect of the patient journey—from the first point of contact through discharge and follow-up—to ensure that compassion, communication and quality remain at the center of every interaction.

Nate brings extensive experience in patient-centered care and operational improvement. Most recently, he served as the enterprise insights director and regional director of patient experience at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for the strategic development, planning and execution of patient experience and all related programs, policies and procedures.

Nate earned his Bachelor of Science degree in actuarial science from New York University in New York City and his Master of Science degree in applied statistics from West Chester University in West Chester, Pa.
