Holy Cross Health is proud to announce its groundbreaking Career Pathways Program, which provides career advancement opportunities for colleagues in positions requiring a high school diploma or GED. Developed in collaboration with Maryland Physicians Care, this initiative addresses income inequality while promoting retention and career growth within the healthcare system.
