Holy Cross Germantown Hospital

Patients and visitors should park in the surface parking lot in front of Holy Cross Germantown Hospital. A parking lot for the Emergency Department is located in front of its entrance on the left-hand side of the hospital.

All parking at Holy Cross Germantown Hospital is free.

Holy Cross Hospital

The Holy Cross Hospital parking garage is located to the left of the main hospital entrance. Valet parking is available at the main entrance.

Daily Parking Rates

Holy Cross Hospital charges for parking on our campus. Patients and visitors receive the first half-hour of parking for free up to a maximum of $10 per day. Valet parking costs $4 for the first hour, up to a maximum of $10 per day.

First 30 Minutes: Free
1 Hour: $4.00
2 Hours: $6.00
3 Hours: 8.00
Maximum Per Day: $10.00

Long Term Parking

Patients and visitors who require longer-term parking because of an extended inpatient stay may purchase a longer-term pass for $20, valid for seven days from the date of purchase. This allows unlimited entry and exit from the garage.

Parking passes may be purchased from the hospital cashier in the main lobby during the following hours:

Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday

Parking Process

Parking may be paid prior to exiting the garage at one of the pay stations or when exiting.

Please be aware that street parking in the community surrounding the hospital is by resident permit only. Hospital patients, visitors, and meeting participants who park on the community streets risk being ticketed or towed by the county.

When entering the garage, you will take a parking ticket. Before leaving the hospital, you can pay for parking using one of three kiosks, located in the following areas:

Outside the main lobby of the hospital by the garage elevator on the top/fourth floor of the garage
Inside the main lobby of the Physician Specialty Building on the top/fourth level of the parking garage (first floor of the hospital)
Ground floor lobby of the Physician Specialty Building, near the entrance of the Emergency Center

Kiosks accept cash and credit cards. After paying, you will insert the now-paid ticket into a ticket slot at the gate, which will rise for the exit.
