EmpowerMoms is here to support YOU! Holy Cross Health invites African-American/Black moms-to-be to EmpowerMoms, a FREE 3-class workshop series designed to keep you informed, healthy, and supported throughout your pregnancy. Led by experienced doulas, this program will help you navigate pregnancy with confidence while connecting with a community of other expecting moms. Bonus: Complete all 3 classes and receive a special gift! The 3-class series includes: Health Concerns in Pregnancy - Know the warning signs&when to seek help; Staying Healthy During Pregnancy - Nutrition, movement&self-care essentials; Healthy Minds, Healthy Environments - Reduce stress&create a strong support system. This is Class 3.
AUDIENCE: African-American/Black moms-to-be. Support person may attend, but does not need to be enrolled.
