Este curso de preparación para el parto, a través de Microsoft Teams, proporciona información basada en evidencia sobre el proceso de trabajo de parto para aumentar confianza y reducir la ansiedad sobre el proceso del parto. Temas incluidos son el papel de la pareja, intervenciones médicas, medicamentos, cesárea y técnicas para sobrellevar el parto (respiración, relajación, etc.). El curso incluye conferencias, debates, videos y sesiones prácticas.

AUDIENCE: One registration per family. Pregnant person may attend with one support person.

REFUND POLICY: Please call to cancel if unable to attend. * Full refunds will be given if a class is cancelled 48 hours or more before the start date, for medical excuses with a doctor's note, or if a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. * If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or you cancel after the class has started, no refund will be given. - Rescheduling can be done at no additional cost 48 hours or more prior to the start date of the class. - Rescheduling a class with less than 48 hours' notice or after a class has started will require paying the full class fee.
