The team of the comprehensive brain care program evaluates, diagnoses and treats adults with a variety of brain conditions - including illness and injury, as well as vascular and structural brain abnormalities.

Vascular Brain Disorders o Arteriovenous malformations, also called cerebral arteriovenous malformations o Cavernoma, also called cerebral cavernous malformation o Arteriovenous fistula o Cerebral aneurysm, including berry aneurysm
- Brain Injury
- Severe traumatic brain injury
- Mild traumatic brain injury (symptoms of concussion)
- Anoxic brain injury (oxygen deprivation)
- Cerebral hematoma
- Structural Brain Condition
- Hydrocephalus
Some patients who are first evaluated by the brain care program team will be referred to other Holy Cross Hospital services for consultation and further diagnosis. These may include:
- Epilepsy Center: Psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, febrile seizures
- Stroke Center
- Spine Center Spinal tumors, spinal cord injury
- Nervous System Program: Trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia
