Coordinated Care
We keep your doctor informed of the medications and treatments we are using to help heal your wound. We stay in touch with your physician to update him or her as your wound progresses or as any changes are made to your care plan.
We coordinate your care with home care providers, medical supply companies and other support services. We will instruct you and your caregivers in how to care for your wound at home, how you can support your healing and how you can prevent your wound from recurring.
