The Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source, a model partnership between Holy Cross Hospital and Montgomery County government, offers an array of health and wellness educational classes, health screenings, and intellectually stimulating programs for active senior adults 55 year of age and older. Both traditional and non-traditional classes are provided to meet the full spectrum of physical, emotional, and mental needs of seniors.

We are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, Monday through Friday. During inclement weather, class cancellations will follow Montgomery County Public School closings, or you may call the Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source at 301-754-3404.

Metro accessible form the Red Line train, the Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source is located adjacent to the Elizabeth House, and one block from the Second Avenue Post Office at 8580 Second Avenue in downtown Silver Spring.

To register for programs offered at the Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source, please obtain a registration form by calling 301-754-3404. It is important to register in advance for all classes and events so that our instructors and facilitators can prepare their remarks, handouts, lesson plans, and/or seating arrangements accordingly.
