Mission Statement and Program Goals
To support the mission of Holy Cross Hospital, the Holy Cross Hospital
School of Radiologic Technology dedicates itself to the education and
development of professionals skilled in the art and science of radiography.
To ensure quality health care services are provided to our community
in a friendly, caring spirit, we demonstrate high standards of professional
conduct, patient care and consistently strive to meet our goals through
continuous improvement methods.
Program Goals
Graduates/students will:
- understand and value the benefits of service and fulfill the community
need for quality radiographers
- acquire and apply scientific knowledge through effective communication,
critical thinking and problem solving
- demonstrate competence of appropriate depth and scope for the radiography
discipline
- demonstrate professional growth, values and beliefs of a quality
radiographer; maintaining integrity, ethical and professional behavior
in scholarly and creative endeavors.
These goals are assessed annually to evaluate program effectiveness.
