Joint Replacement Pre-Operative Class
To learn more about what to expect from joint replacement surgery, you are invited to attend a preoperative class.

If you are considering the procedure or are just curious about our program, you are welcome to attend any of our classes.

Once you are scheduled for total joint replacement, we recommend attending the class about four weeks before your procedure. We understand the importance of family and friends as you recover from surgery and we fully support their involvement by encouraging you to designate a recovery “coach”. This friend or family member will support you through this process. Please encourage him or her to attend the class with you.

The class is three parts and includes nursing information, physical/occupational therapy information, and discharge planning information.
