Holy Cross Hospital’s home care program emphasizes the importance of patients and families remaining in their home environment. Home care staff also provides laboratory services and assists patients in obtaining special medical equipment.

Holy Cross Hospital Home Care has been providing comprehensive, community-based home health services since 1967. When given the choice, most people prefer to stay at home, even when their health care needs are great. Holy Cross Home Care offers an interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals to help you or your loved ones maintain independence, dignity, and function. Our home care team includes nurses, home health aides, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.

Some of the many illnesses and conditions we care for at home are heart disease, respiratory illnesses, cancer, orthopedic injuries and surgeries, wound care, IV therapy, symptom management, and palliative care. Our home health agency is state-licensed, Medicare-certified, and JCAHO accredited. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial health insurance.
