Chemotherapy
The Holy Cross Outpatient Infusion Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patients being treated with chemotherapy can receive their treatment in a safe, comfortable environment.
Chemotherapy
Chemotherapy uses specific anti-cancer drugs to kill and eradicate cancer cells. It can be given alone, or in combination with radiation therapy, or as a follow-up to surgery. Chemotherapy can be delivered on an inpatient or outpatient basis, depending on what your physician prescribes. Medications are available to help reduce or manage the side effects of chemotherapy.
