
Introducing Nightingale
Holy Cross Hospital has implemented
an online self-scheduling system, Nightingale. This system offers
many benefits including the ability to:
Nightingale will interface with Kronos, Peoplesoft, and Clinstar to ensure optimal functionality. Managers and staff will be trained on how to use the system. Each staff member must have a unique user ID and password for access to Nightingale.
My Self Service
View your pay stubs and update
your personal contact information online.
View your pay stub online, 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. You can also view any pay stub from the previous
12 months. All users have a unique login and password for
secure access.
You will also be able to view and make changes to your personal data online. Update important personal information such as marital status, name, address, phone number, emergency contact and more. Here are some resources that may be helpful:

HealthStream
Employees can access the hospital's learning
system, HealthStream, to complete online courses or to register for
classroom courses. Your user ID and password are your employee identification
number which is six digits and normally begins with a "7."
