The Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source, located in downtown Silver Spring, offers an array of health and wellness educational classes, health screenings, and intellectually stimulating programs for active senior adults 55 year of age and older. Both traditional and non-traditional classes to meet the full spectrum of physical, emotional and mental needs of seniors.
Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source partners with the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Md., the Maryland Department of Aging and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services.
Engaging Programs Our programs are designed to provide active seniors with enjoyable learning experiences. There are a variety of offerings ranging from exercise classes to physician lectures, seminars and health screenings-all designed to educate, inform and enhance the quality of life for active seniors.

The Senior Source Facility Our 10,000 square-foot facility is designed for the comfort and convenience of seniors. Special accommodations are available for those who are physically challenged. The Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source provides a welcoming, friendly environment to inspire learning and creativity.
The Senior Source is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. During inclement weather, class cancellations will follow Montgomery County Public School closings, or you may call the Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source at 301-754-8800.
Exercises Classes Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source offers exercise and fitness classes that range from four weeks to eight weeks in length. You can register for one or more of the many programs, events, classes, lectures and/or screenings offered at the Holy Cross Hospital Senior Source by phone or online.

Parking Parking is available in the public parking garage on Cameron Street. The cost is $.75 per hour and must be paid in advance at one of the kiosks (remember your space number) Persons with handicapped placards or tags are permitted to park in the two-hour spaces for a maximum of four hours at no cost as long as placard is visible.
Once parked, exit the garage onto Cameron Street and turn right. Cross the street at Second Avenue and turn right.
