What is MyHolyCrossHealth?
MyHolyCrossHealth offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely view information about your health. With MyHolyCrossHealth, you can view:

  • Reason for hospitalization
  • Care team
  • Procedures performed during admission
  • Current and past problem list
  • Current medication list and medication history
  • Current medication allergy list and medication allergy history
  • Vital signs at discharge
  • Laboratory test results
  • Summary of care
  • Care plan
  • Discharge instructions

Is there a fee to use MyHolyCrossHealth?
MyHolyCrossHealth is a free service offered to our patients.

How do I sign up?
Patients who wish to participate will be issued an email invitation to enroll in MyHolyCrossHealth. This invitation will enable you to login and create your own user ID and password. You will be asked to provide your email address to complete this process.

How do I claim my invitation?
An invitation will be sent to the email address you gave during sign up. Once you have received the email, follow the directions on the screen. The step by step process will allow you to verify your identity by answering a challenge question and entering your date of birth. You will then be guided through the process to build your own username and password.

My doctor’s office uses something similar. Do I have to sign up for MyHolyCrossHealth if I use the one in my doctor’s office?
Yes. The “patient portal” system used by some doctors and MyHolyCrossHealth are separate and distinct systems that do not at this time “talk” to one another. Note: MyHolyCrossHealth can only assist patients with health information related to their hospital stay.

When can I see my test results in MyHolyCrossHealth?
Your test results will be viewable in MyHolyCrossHealth immediately after the results are put into your health record. The following test results are currently not available to view in MyHolyCrossHealth: tests indicating pregnancy; sexually transmitted diseases or HIV; hepatitis serologies; and tumor markers.

Why are certain test results not shared electronically via MyHolyCrossHealth?
Tests of a very sensitive nature are not released to MyHolyCrossHealth.

You should call the technical support line at 1-800-324-8163.

Can I enter my own personal health information in MyHolyCrossHealth?
Yes. Under Account Settings, select "change settings with Cerner Health," and select the Health Record tab to add your personal information. This information is for your own reference and will not be part of your hospital medical record. You may share this self-entered information by selecting "Share This Record." To return to MyHolyCrossHealth, click on "Return to MyHolyCrossHealth."

Click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password online. You may also call 1-800-324-8163 to request a new, secure password.

Is MyHolyCrossHealth secure?
We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure invitation process, personal IDs and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Furthermore, MyHolyCrossHealth uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyHolyCrossHealth.

What is your Privacy Policy?
MyHolyCrossHealth is owned and operated by Holy Cross Health and Cerner Corporation. It is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyHolyCrossHealth.

I was logged out of MyHolyCrossHealth, what happened?
We aim to protect your privacy and security of your information. While logged into MyHolyCrossHealth, if your keyboard remains idle for 20 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of MyHolyCrossHealth. We recommend that you log out of your MyHolyCrossHealth session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.
