Holy Cross Hospital Spine Center offers:

• Pain management for treatment of chronic pain, using medication, nerve blocks or non-pharmacologic pain management technologies, such as physical therapy.
  

Spine Center patients may be treated for common back pain problems or for complex disorders with minimally invasive decompression procedures for stenosis, and for repair of disk herniation, sometimes called a slipped disk. Still others will benefit from non-surgical treatment, such as patients with osteoarthritis of the spine, known as spondylosis.

The inpatient unit of the Spine Center features attractive and comfortable private patient rooms, a patient education center and dining room. It is staffed by specially trained nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists - and a dedicated surgical team.

Many patients admitted to the Spine Center to have surgery will return home the same day or the day following their procedures. Patients who need to stay the night in the hospital benefit from the hospital's welcoming visiting hours and may receive visitors 24-hours a day.
