Holy Cross Hospital Foundation exists to expand and direct philanthropy to improve the health of our community.

Philanthropy is important to any non-profit’s ability to achieve the highest level of service, and that is certainly true for Holy Cross Hospital since its founding in 1963. In partnership with our donors, physicians and staff, we identify important and emerging needs and the ways in which philanthropy can help leverage our resources to help meet those needs. 

Effective July 1, 2006, the hospital’s Board of Trustees authorized the creation of the Holy Cross Hospital Foundation, Inc., a dedicated 501(c) 3 not-for profit organization, with the express purpose of raising philanthropic funds to support the mission and operational success of Holy Cross Hospital and improve the health of our community.

Our community has benefited from the vision and generosity of those who founded Holy Cross Hospital more than 40 years ago and over the years, we have had the privilege of transforming the hospital in terms of size, appearance and the services it offers. The formation of Holy Cross Hospital Foundation marks a new milestone in the history of our organization and will be an ongoing initiative to raise funds to invest in new technologies, nursing education, clinical services and community health programs
