Every parent and/or caregiver should know how and when to administer CPR. When performed correctly, CPR can save a person's life by restoring breathing and circulation until advanced life support can be given by health care providers.

Infant CPR and Safety (Birth to Age 1)
This three hour class teaches baby proofing and CPR techniques for infants from birth to one year. Recommended for expectant parents or parents with babies up to one year. Not recommended for licensed day care providers. View schedule and registration information.
Child CPR and Safety (for ages 1-8)
Learn accident prevention, child proofing, choking rescue techniques and CPR for children ages 1 to 8. This one session class is recommended for parents and other family members, and not for licensed childcare providers. View schedule and registraion information.
This three-and-a-half-hour class covers basic First Aid techniques and includes hands-on practice. Participants will receive a card from the American Heart Association. Ideal for lifeguards and day care providers. View schedule and registration information.
Heartsaver: Adult CPR & AED Training
This four-hour class for non-healthcare providers teaches CPR and choking prevention, with hands-on practice. Training on the use of the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is included. An American Heart Association card will be issued upon completion. View schedule and registration information.
Heartsaver: Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED
This non-healthcare provider course teaches CPR and choking rescue techniques for all ages as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). A Heartsaver AED card from the American Heart Association is issued upon completion. View schedule and registration information.
