 Girl Talk
A program designed for girls, ages 8 to 11 and their mothers/grandmothers. Explore puberty change, menstrual cycles, and opening up the lines of communication. Register Now.
Safe Sitter
A one-day, comprehensive babysitting course for 11- to 13-year-olds. The class teaches the business of babysitting, safe and nurturing childcare techniques, behavior management skills, and appropriate response to medical emergencies. Register Now.
Sibling Classes
These classes focus on preparing children to become big brothers and sisters. Each hour long class also includes a short tour of the postpartum unit of the hospital. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Teen Pregnancy Class
