You will find we are focused on providing the best experience possible – for our patients and for our employees. This commitment can be seen clearly in our dedicated pursuit to achieve Magnet status for our hospital.
Our journey incorporates progressive support for continuing education (conferences, seminars, etc.), professional development, flexible scheduling and other work-life programs that inspire superior professional performance and career satisfaction.
About Magnet Recognition
Magnet status is the highest level of recognition
given to organized nursing services in the United States. It is awarded
by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The process involves
a voluntary peer review conducted by registered nurses who have extensive
experience in evaluating the quality indicators of a hospital’s
nursing administration, nursing services, clinical outcomes and patient
care delivery.
