Prince George’s County
The character of Prince George’s County blends the historic with
the up-and-coming. It has more 18th century homes than Williamsburg,
Va. At the same time, it is home to the National Harbor Project: a
300-acre site on the Potomac River that features residential, commercial,
and entertainment space as well as one of the area’s largest
hotel and convention centers.
Everyday living in the county offers excellent
shopping, entertainment, culture and arts, ample parks, housing for
all incomes and tastes, and a growing school system. Getting around
the county is easy, with 13 stations served by Metro, the Washington
D.C. subway system.
