Cancer Clinical Trials

We understand that a cancer diagnosis is a life changing event for you and your family. Your participation in a research study may offer the best treatment and care available for your diagnosis as well as provide valuable information for future cancer prevention and treatment.

What Are Research Studies?
Research studies, sometimes called clinical trials, test new methods of early detection or treatment in people at risk for cancer or who have cancer. Clinical trials contribute to scientific knowledge and suggest future research directions.

Our Department
The Cancer Research Department is a division of Holy Cross Hospital's Cancer Institute. Several clinical research nurses, research associates and research assistants facilitate public education and enrollment onto cancer research studies.
